The Mother's Day Countdown 2015 collection that Julie and Blu host on their blog, The Blu Print, comes in so very handy: you can shop for Mom without ever leaving home, finding that perfect handmade or vintage gift. Heck, you can even shop in your pajamas - no one will ever know! Sixty-nine items of various kinds were shared this week. So many pretties that it's hard to decide!
Blue flower and orange butterfly polymer clay covered ceramic collector's thimble handmade by Julie and Blu of BlueMorningExpressions
You can participate in the Countdown if you have a studio/shop on ArtFire, Indimade, SupaDupa, StoreEnvy, a stand alone and the like. You are invited to share up to three Mother's Day gift items between Friday around noon until the following Sunday night. Then a new collection of gift ideas will start the next Friday, and so on until the rest of the weeks are up and Mother's Day is here. The items shared need to be G-rated.

When you participate in the Mother's Day Countdown 2015, important back links are established that will help appeal the Google gods and make you more easily found. If you share items in the collection, then you MUST promote each item shared to the Countdown. That's only fair! Pinterest and/or Wanelo are preferred since everyone can see the items and it is easy to save off of them again. Twitter, Facebook and G+ just do not provide the ability to find the items easily. It would we great if you could provide the links in the comment section on Julie's Blu Print blog or in the ArtFire thread.

In addition to saving all the items shared in the Countdown onto my Mother's Day Pinterest board and Wanelo collection, as in Countdown's past, I decided to share one item from each of the artists who participated. I'll also share the blog post to numerous other social media sites . . . and hope that you will, too.
